The project consists of three deliverables:
(1) the 2026 annual water quality monitoring at MNR northeast and southern Ontario, waste disposal sites (WDSs),
(2) groundwater monitoring wells installation at certain WDSs outlined in the Request for Bid (RFB) and
(3) Analysis and Reports.
MNR monitors water quality at several of its landfills in northeastern and southern Ontario to ensure compliance with relevant provincial approvals and legislation.
This RFB is intended to result in two (2) separate contracts with two (2) different Vendors, each covering a different Lot of work (i.e. group of Target WDSs, as identified in Part 3 (Deliverables) and Section A of Schedule 1 of the Form of Agreement (Part 2)).

Contract duration
