Darlington Boulevard Reconstruction

The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking a qualified company to complete the reconstruction of Darlington Boulevard in Courtice. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The scope of works include:

Reconstruction of Darlington Boulevard including:

• Local storm sewer and structure removal and replacement
• Local sanitary sewer and structure removal and replacement including replacement / relining of existing lot (property) service connections
• Installation of new storm sewer infrastructure
• Local watermain removal and replacement to facilitate storm sewer installation including removal and replacement of lot (property) service connections
• Installation of new watermain including reconnection of lot (property) service connections
• Removal of existing road asphalt and road base
• Subdrain installation
• Construction of new road base
• Curb and gutter installation
• Driveway apron reinstatement
• Sidewalk removal, replacement and installation
• Base asphalt placement
• Installation of traffic-calming measures
• Pavement line painting and installation of traffic signage
• Associated landscape restoration, and tree protection
