    Description
    Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS), a division within the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery is responsible for providing technology infrastructure services to the Government of Ontario. ITS manages a multitude of technology agreements that are vital to government service delivery and currently host mission critical I+IT business solutions.
    It is the Ministry’s intention to issue a limited scope Request for Bids (RFB) to procure IASP services for the Ministry to maintain operational and business continuity.
    The IASP Program was launched in 2019 by IBM. As of September 30th, 2021 the IASP Program is available on an invitation-only basis and is not available to clients that are already undergoing a licensing verification process.

    The IASP Program is an alternative to traditional software license verification audits. Under the IASP Program terms, clients who contract with an IBM Authorized SAM Provider are permitted to independently report their use of IBM software and will be exempt from audits for as long as they are an active participant in the IASP Program.
    Bidders must be an IBM authorized SAM Provider to submit a bid for this RFB.
