Description
The project includes approximately 1,030 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas B, C & E. This includes the removal of conventional BUR roof assembly and the installation of conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly, the installation of parapets, curbs, prefinished metal cladding along the adjacent walls, sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of rooftop mechanical equipment.
The project also includes approximately 165 sm. of window replacement. This includes the removal and replacement of associated steel lintels, concrete sills, flashings, interior finishes, roller shades and reinstallation of window-mounted mechanical equipment.
In addition, the project includes the removal and replacement of three roof access ladders, the overlay of the existing sheet metal roof and the installation of prefinished metal cladding on all sides of the exterior storage shed.
