tender_17830 Creation of Online Job Readiness Modules

The Vendor will develop two sets of English- and French-language online modules focused on building soft skills and improving students’ job readiness. One set of modules will be designed to be used as supplementary resources in the Grade 10 Career Studies / Exploration de carrière, 10e année course and the second set of modules will be designed as supplementary resources for students enrolled in Cooperative Education (Co-op) / Éducation coopérative courses, including those who are participating in a skilled trades focused co-op (including students enrolled in the Specialist High Skills Major program (SHSM) or the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP)). These modules could also be used as supplementary resources with other courses, such as those in the Technological Education / d’Éducation technologique curriculum.

The modules will include an educator guide, interactive videos, and student activities that address the curriculum expectations of the applicable courses in each set. Assessment and evaluation activities included in these modules must be connected to the curriculum expectations and aligned with Growing Success, Ontario’s assessment, evaluation and reporting policy. Students who complete the modules could receive an auto-generated certificate of completion as a way to recognize their work, which they could include on their resume.
