The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Prequalification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The proposed scope work is for the construction of the Region’s 600mm watermain for Segment 1. A combination of open cut and Jack and Bore construction is proposed for the installation of the new Concrete Pressure Pipe (CPP) watermain.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
