This Request for Bids opportunity is for prospective bidders to be a part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Bulk Fuels for the province of Ontario.
The fuels delivered under the VOR arrangement are mainly for heating, transportation and equipment uses. The agreement covers the following fuels:
• low sulphur diesel fuel
• fuel oil (type 2-furnace)
• regular unleaded gasoline
• premium unleaded gasoline
