The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) has a fiduciary duty to invest the RDSP assets of mentally incapable adults ("clients") that have come under its guardianship and requires an RDSP services provider to administer OPGT client RDSP accounts and manage the investment of their RDSPs in mutual funds.
