Roadside Asset Inspection and Condition Assessment for the Region of York

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Roadside Asset Inspection and Condition Assessment for the Region of York, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: 

• It is a mandatory requirement of this RFP that the work shall be completed by a lead professional engineer or under the supervision of a professional engineer with a minimum of ten (10) years professional experience, licensed in the Province of Ontario, failing which the Region may disqualify the proponent from further consideration for failure to meet a mandatory requirement of the RFP. The Region reserves the right to verify that the proponent meets this certification requirement.
