Construction of a 2,500 sq ft Research Centre along with renovation of an existing building (Visitor Centre). The Ministry, along with an engineer, has designed the building. Structural, mechanical, and electrical master drawings are included in the RFB documents.
This procurement includes construction of the new Research Centre foundation and structure, including slab-on-grade construction with micropiles, below-grade plumbing, electrical installation, and completion of service to the new building.
The project is located at the Codrington Fisheries Research Facility, 15 Fish Hatchery Rd, Codrington, Ontario, K0K 1R0.
