Preliminary and Detailed Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Stouffville Production Well 7 Connection

The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposals. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Preliminary and Detailed Design, Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Stouffville Production Well 7 Connection project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

The On-Site and Excess Soil Management portion of the Deliverables must be completed by one of the following Qualified Persons prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFSQ-1941-24:

• EnVision Consultants Ltd.
• EXP Services Inc.
• Gannett Fleming Canada ULC
• GEMTEC Consulting Engineers and Scientists Ltd.
• GHD Limited
• Grounded Engineering Inc.
• Jacobs Consultancy Canada Inc.
• Parsons Inc.
• Pinchin Ltd.
• WSP Canada Inc.

The Monitoring Well Drilling Services must be completed by one of the following subcontractors prequalified under Request for Prequalification No. RFSQ-1752-24 Category 7: 

• Highland Water Well Drilling Inc 
• Aquatech Dewatering Company Inc.
