UI / UE for the Education Capital Information System on the TRIRIGA platform

The Ministry of Education is conducting an invitation to bid process to select a Vendor to collaboratively work with Ministry staff to implement and deliver a simplified English and French user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) solution for the Education Capital Information System (ECIS) which is based on the IBM TRIRIGA platform. The UI/UX interface is to act as a stand-alone application, to be integrated with the IBM TRIRIGA platform, and allow end users to simply, efficiently, and more accurately complete tasks such as entering and updating data within ECIS. The UI/UX application should be decoupled from the underlying application functionality and business logic, to minimize the risk on existing ECIS application logic.
