This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Port Colborne to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Construction at the Roselawn Centre located at 296 Fielden Avenue, Port Colborne, Ontario, L3K 4T6 to support the City of Port Colborne’s initiative to provide accessibility for visitors under the “Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act” (AODA) Ramps, Washrooms and Bar Renovations, as further described herein.
