The Upper Canada District School Board will, in the future, be reissuing an RFQ for this school with a significantly revised scope of work.  Details of which are not publicly available currently.

The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.

The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope. 

• Replace 3 aged roof top units.
• Integrate air conditioning/cooling into existing HVAC system. 
• All new equipment to be integrated into existing building automation system.
• To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.
• Consultant to review Electrical Loading to validate if upgrade of Primary feed is necessitated. If required, supply estimate for scope and subsequent budget change.
• Expand existing fenced portable area and granular pad.
• Provide infrastructure and connections for 1 new portable classroom. Portable classroom to be operational by August 22, 2025. 
• Consultant to produce Class D and B estimates.
