The OCRC is seeking the provision of services from a qualified supplier to lead our Consumer and Market Insights Department research initiative for the purposes of obtaining more in-depth insight into identifying Retailer segments/personas and their full end-to-end Retailer journey, including aspects outside of their interactions with the OCRC.
