Prequalification of Detailed Design Services Consultant for Eighth Line Widening from 10 Side Road to 15 Side Road

The Town of Halton Hills (the “Town”) intends to conduct a two-phase procurement process for the selection of a qualified consultant to undertake the detailed design for the Eighth Line Widening project from 10 Side Road to 15 Side Road.

Phase 1 – Request for Prequalification (RFPQ)

The purpose of this Request for Prequalification (“RFPQ”) is to evaluate and identify consulting firms with the relevant experience, qualifications, and capacity to provide the required services. Following the evaluation process, only the top three (3) highest scoring Respondents will be designated as the “Prequalified Consultants” and invited to proceed to Phase 2.

Phase 2 – Request for Proposals (RFP)

Only the Prequalified Consultants selected through Phase 1 will be invited to participate in Phase 2, being a competitive procurement process through a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the provision of the detailed design services and related deliverables.

This RFPQ constitutes Phase 1 of the procurement process described above.

All Vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFPQ which will enable the Vendor to download the RFPQ to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Prequalification Submission electronically through the Bidding System.
