To Provide Claims Adjusting Services for a Three Year Period

The Successful Bidder will provide the independent claims adjusting services including, but not limited to: 

1. Adjustment and or negotiation and or investigation and or settlement and or damage assessment of claims against the City on a task assignment basis; 
2. Skilled and knowledgeable staff that are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for services, including but not limited to claims reporting, after hours visits to scenes of loss, response to telephone enquiries and after hours emergency response;
3. Initial reports will be required within 24 business hours, with subsequent reports every 30 or 60 days depending on the specific file activity;
4. The adjuster(s) will be expected to assist the City with expediting claims as needed including any research required;
