Nobleton Well 5 Facility Monitoring Well Decommissioning and Construciton

The following is a list of pre-qualified General Contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-1147-23:

• Aqua Tech Dewatering Ltd.
• Stantec Consulting Inc.

Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.

The following is a list of pre-qualified Sub-Contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-1147-23:

• Aqua Tech Dewatering Ltd.
• Highland Water Well Drilling Inc.

Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for the Nobleton Well 5 Facility Monitoring Well Decommissioning and Construction, as further described in Appendix C - Form of Contract. 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• DEPOSIT:  All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.
• CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (CORTM): Any Bids received from Bidders who are not CORTM certified, who have not obtained CORTM equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration.
