Traffic Sign Installation

The Town of Halton Hills is seeking to retain the services of a qualified Contractor for the installation only of various traffic signs on u-channel and wood posts at various locations throughout the Town of Halton Hills. The successful Contractor is responsible to provide all labour, equipment, and traffic control required for the installation and removal of traffic signs at various locations throughout the Town of Halton Hills, on an as required basis. The Town will supply the Contractor with the traffic signs, u-channel, wood posts and installation hardware. The Town’s representative will provide the locations where installation and removal is required. 

The Contract will be in effect for a one (1) year period, from approximately May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 (“Initial Term”). All prices shall remain firm for the Initial Term of the Contract.  The Contract may be renewed for a Renewal Term of four (4) additional one (1) year period(s). The Contract renewal is subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor, pricing, successful negotiations of both parties and budget approval for each and every subsequent Renewal Term.

All Bidders shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFT, which will enable the Bidder to download the RFT to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Tender electronically through the Bidding System.
