HMMS04324 - Articulating Arms Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, and Service

Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) on behalf London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s), who is an experienced and/or authorized service provider of on-site Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, and Service of Articulating Arms and/or Service Managers, to a minimum of 95% of the requirements. Minimum Preventative Maintenance testing, inspections, calibrations/adjustments, and documentation requirements, to be completed at least once per year.
