Invest Ontario is requesting Bids to establish an Agency Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Financial Due Diligence Services.
The Vendor will perform due diligence services for applications received by the Agency from eligible companies to the Agency’s various discretionary non-entitlement programs.
As a result of this RFB, the Preferred Bidder(s) will be required to enter into a Master Agreement with the Agency for the provision of Financial Due Diligence Services.
