Consulting Services for Premier Gateway Phase 3 West Secondary Plan

The Town of Halton Hills is seeking the services of a consulting team to undertake the preparation of the Premier Gateway Phase 3 West Secondary Plan and Integrated Planning Project. These Terms of Reference set out direction for the undertaking of a detailed development framework for the Premier Gateway Phase 3 West area describing the project goals and objectives and identifying key stakeholders and participants, roles and responsibilities, required resources, deliverables and a general work program for the project. The Premier Gateway Phase 3 West Secondary Plan area has an area of approximately 272 (including Natural Heritage System) hectares and is located within the area bounded by Eighth Line to the east, Sixth Line to the west, the existing Premier Gateway Employment Area to the south, and designated agricultural areas to the north. 

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
