Description
The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT & ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES including,
- Replace RAAC in roof sections C & E with steel deck.
- Structural enhancements to support new roof deck.
- Remove and reinstall existing mechanical HVAC systems
- New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system.
- New Universal washroom.
- New stage lift.
- This will be a multi-phase, multi-year project phased to cause the least impact to building users
as further described herein at:
LYN PUBLIC SCHOOL

Schedule
All work specified in 1.3 – Scope of Work is to commence on or about July 2, 2026.
ALL WORK AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS TENDER MUST HAVE REACHED SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION ON OR BEFORE August 18, 2027.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 14 month(s).
