This Request for Proposal is issued for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of a decarbonization solution on behalf of the Purchaser, Lakeridge Health (LH).
Lakeridge Health is seeking qualified design-build proponents with the experience, skills, and ability to perform the required engineering, construction, and commissioning of the decarbonization project at the Lakeridge Heath Oshawa Site. The proponent must also guarantee the outcomes of the decarbonization project.
The project scope follows Lakeridge Health’s recent Low Carbon Economy Challenge (LCEC) funding award. As such, the successful proponent’s project delivery and guarantee must adhere to LCEC requirements and meet the project completion deadline of March 31, 2025.

Contract duration
