18350 - Demolition of the Bathurst Patrol Yard Garage

The Ministry is undertaking the demolition of the Bathurst Patrol Yard Garage. This project will include the demolition of the garage building and all related existing items, i.e., all building materials; mechanical equipment; electrical equipment; septic system; oil-water separator; drinking water well; former salt shed foundation walls to grade; etc., as a minimum. This project will also include demolition and disposal of two existing salt shed foundation walls. Proper disposal of all items is expected and shall form part of the bid. Care should be taken to protect and maintain any existing monitoring wells throughout the property.
