Access Control and Video Recording (ACVR) Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Queen’s University (“Queen’s”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Access Control and Video Recording (ACVR) Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).Queen’s University Housing and Ancillary Services (HAS) house 5000+ students over the academic season. During the summer months, student residence buildings are used as hotel spaces. HAS have a mixture of door hardware between access control and hard key locksets. There are approx. 1530 access-controlled doors across all buildings and approx. 700 cameras across all buildings.
