Brockville Sewage Pumping Station Construction Tender

The city is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new sanitary sewer main pump station to be located in Centeen Park. This new station will replace the aging station that is currently located in the park.

1. The full scope of work is prescribed in detail in the attached tender documents. Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of:
   1. Demolition of the existing Main Sewage Pumping Station, including pumping station and building 
   2. Construction of a new building to house electrical equipment and control panels 
   3. Construction of a new wet well complete with pumps and other infrastructure and accessories 
   4. Supply and installation of an exterior odour control system 
   5. Supply and installation of new electrical and natural gas service connections, infrastructure, and instrumentation to serve the new pumping station. 
   6. Supply and installation of an exterior emergency standby power generator and load bank.
   7. Various site civil upgrades.
