    Description
    HMMS on behalf of St. Joseph’s Health Care London is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent for the supply of consulting services, to review scheduling and staffing processes to assess opportunity to improve and enhance St. Joseph’s scheduling approach. The goal of the engagement is to diagnose and identify scheduling and staffing practices that may be contributing to inconsistent standards, elevated overtime and absenteeism and decreased employee engagement across the organization.

    St. Joseph’s current scheduling environment supports a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees across a mix of 24/7, Monday–Friday programs, spanning both unionized and non-unionized staff. Scheduling and related governance are currently decentralized across departments, with most schedules built and maintained in Excel.
