East Side Employment Lands Pumping Station Construction

This ITT is the second stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. 

Stage 1 – Pre-Qualification of Contractors

Establish a list of pre-qualified contractors (the “Pre-Qualified Contractors”) who are eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the process.

Stage 2 – Competitive Procurement Process

Invite the Pre-Qualified Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables.

Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the City’s RFSQ 2026-21 – Request for Supplier Qualifications for Construction of East Side Employment Lands Pumping Station will be eligible to submit a bid.  Submissions from other Bidders who were not pre-qualified for this Stage 1 procurement process will not be considered.

The purpose of this contract is to construct a new pumping station within the City's East Side Employment Lands

No announcement or award is made until a written recommendation is prepared and approved in accordance to the Procurement By-law. The award and execution of this contract are expressly contingent upon the Owner obtaining necessary funding for the project. The Owner reserves the right to delay, modify, or terminate the contract if such funding is not secured.
