Description
The Town of Halton Hills is seeking to retain the services of a company / individual for the purposes of providing municipal tax sales services under the Municipal Act. The successful proponent will be responsible for undertaking all necessary work as part of the tax sale process. As such, they will provide a ‘turn-key’ service in which the municipality will only become involved at key points in the process. The service should include advertising the properties, through email notification and posting on relevant websites.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
