HMMS believes that the following procurement qualifies as a sole source or single source procurement. The purpose of this Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to determine if there are other proponents capable of meeting the requirements of the procurement for the following services for HMMS, on behalf of its Owners and Affiliates, including London Health Sciences Centre.

Purpose: Preventative Maintenance & Inspections of Articulating Arms (various rooms at London Health Sciences Centre)
LHSC ‘s Operating Rooms are all equipped with Articulating Arms that require regular inspection and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns, as they are a crucial part of surgeries and ultimately patient care. Each Articulating Arm is to be inspected and maintained annually. The proposed contract start date is approximately December 2023, for a duration of two (2) years, plus four (4) option years (in one-year increments). Minimal requirements include extensive and proven technical expertise in installing and performing inspections, maintenance, and emergency service calls for all of the equipment.
