    Description
    This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Queen’s University (“Queen’s”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for on-call Emergency Restoration Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

    Queen’s requires an on-call emergency disaster restoration and remediation specialist team for containing and mitigating water damage, fire damage, smoke damage, soot damage, and mould and asbestos testing and removal.  Reconstruction is not within the scope of the services.  Queen's anticipates selecting one supplier to enter into a contract for services for a term of three years with a possibility of extension for an additional two years.
