Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and in particular, the Support Services Department, is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a preferred Proponent(s) for the supply of 8 Hospital Scrub Dispensing and 7 Collection Machines (equipment and service) to a minimum of 90% volume commitment. Additional units may be purchased in the future if funding becomes available.
Based on the number of users of hospital scrubs at LHSC, there are a number of requirements that this equipment must meet in order to ensure adequate supply of garments are available when needed. Reliability and Technical Support will be critical as this equipment is used continuously to collect and dispense garments.
