Integrated Menu System – Nutritional Services

The Nutrition Services Departments at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) & Prince County Hospital (PCH) require a solution to assist staff in serving and meeting the dietary needs of the hospital patients. The current menu system is a manual process. The proposed solution should provide an integrated Menu System which enhances patient satisfaction & dining experience.

The purpose of a fully integrated Clinical Diet Office and Food Service system interfaced with Cerner would be to automate manual processes.

Proponents must submit their proposals through Bonfire. Bonfire is a digital bid and RFP submission platform. This portal will require the completion of questionnaires as well as the uploading of files as requested to submit a response.  HPEI will not accept hardcopy proposals, facsimiles, emails, or any other means of submission.
