The work includes: Excavation, placing select borrow, placing granular base A, installing concrete sidewalk, HMA patching, landscaping, hydroseeding, and all other work necessary to complete the Contract
Tenders shall be received at the O’Leary Community Complex, 18 Community Street, O’Leary PE.
The Department of Transportation, Infrastructure and Energy (TIE) is overseeing this project on behalf of the Town of O’Leary. Throughout this contract, references to TIE’s contract administration practices can be expected: e.g. department name, tender form, agreement, tender closing location, general specifications, progress payments, standard contract documentation, project management, etc.
