Health PEI is seeking an industry-leading partner to provide expert Human Resources Advisory Services and Learning & Development resources that support organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee retention, and employee experience. The successful proponent will deliver expert HR advisory support across key people functions and provide evidence-based learning content, leadership development resources, and role-based training compatible with Health PEI's Learning Management System. The initiative supports Health PEI's goals of enhancing employee experience, developing people leaders, and ensuring a skilled, engaged workforce capable of meeting evolving healthcare needs.
