Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Utility Padlocks The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for utility padlocks in accordance with the mandatory specifications detailed in the Request for Standing Offer. One standing offer will be issued as a result of this solicitation. The estimated quantity required is 5054 units: 1054 for year 1 and 1000 per option year. Delivery will be made to RCMP divisions across Canada. The period of the Standing Offer will be one year from the date of the Standing Offer, with options to extend the period for up to four (4) additional one-year periods. Delivery Date: In accordance with the call-up against the Standing Offer. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
