NATURE OF REQUIREMENT: Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) - Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement under Tier 1 Stream Holders who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services in the Ontario Region (PWGSC file number EN578-055605). All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Only the following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

Environment Canada (EC) requires the services of the following categories of personnel.

A1. Tester Level 2 (3 resources)
Security Clearance: Reliability

The Contractor will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis in accordance with the Contract.

Proposed period of contract: The resulting Contract will begin upon Contract Award and will end on 31 March, 2014 with 2 additional 12-month option periods.

ENQUIRIES:

All enquiries and other communications with government officials throughout the solicitation and evaluation period are to be directed only to the Contracting Authority named in the RFP document. Non-compliance with this condition during the bid solicitation and evaluation period may be sufficient reason for bid disqualification.
