The National Capital Commission (NCC) will soon be issuing a sales offer for the above service. The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest is to compile a list of companies to be invited to a confidential business meeting. The NCC would like to meet with public and private sector representatives to discuss information and ideas in an effort to better understand the business needs of potential buyers. The NCC will use the information shared at these meetings to develop a sales agreement in line with market realities. Companies that attend a confidential business meeting will then be asked to submit a purchase proposal. 

Companies that are interested in responding to this Request for Expressions of Interest are asked to email: nathalie.rheault@ncc-ccn.ca, to the attention of Nathalie Rheault, Senior Contract Officer, no later than August 13, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. (Ottawa time).

The Expression of Interest must include the following information:
1. The name and contact information of the company, the reference number and the subject of this Request for Expressions of Interest.
2. A profile of the company and its business activities, including a list of any bike share systems under its authority, as applicable.
3. A list of the technical and financial data that the company would like to receive prior to the confidential business meeting. 
4. The name and contact information of the company representative(s) participating in the confidential business meeting.

This Request for Expressions of Interest is not a Request for Proposals.
