DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
	
	Public Safety is requesting as and when required professional services in the Halifax metropolitan area for support in the completion of DFAA Value-for-Money and Performance Audits 
	

DURATION OF CONTRACT

Date of contract award to March 31st 2014

Option to Extend the Contract 

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one(1) year period(s) under the same conditions
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
	
	Mandatory Technical Criteria
	A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
