Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a qualified proponent to undertake pavement and drainage upgrades on Lot 73 on Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The value of this service is not expected to exceed $100,000.00 CND, including all applicable taxes, for term of the agreement.	
						
	Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as:
	2:00 p.m. EDT, local Ottawa time, on October 1st, 2013
																		
It is mandatory that the tenderer visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on September 24, 2013 at 9:00 AM PDT.
