Nature of Work:
The existing Navigational Aid Structure needs to be demolished and a New Navigational Aid Structure needs to be constructed on Amherst Island.  This requirement includes, but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to:  
Fabricate on new steel aid to navigation tower;   transport the tower to designated staging location for coating application and transport to project site for erection;  foundation to be completed and installed;   evacuation and removal of contaminated soils exceed legal standards, including transportation to a licensed facility;  back fill and supply clean fill material; and restoration of Coast Guard and private property to pre-construction conditions, including the supply and install of topsoil.

Site Locations:  Amherst Island, Ontario.  

Start Date:  Upon Award. 

Completion Date: All work to be completed by 31 December 2013
