Description of the requirement: 

The Skills and Employment Branch requires the services of One (1) IT Project Manager Level 3 to direct and lead the Interprovincial Computerized Examination Management System redevelopment Project (ICEMS 2); and manage the subsequent operation and maintenance of ICEMS 2.
