NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The RCMP “F” Division, Informatics, Regina, Saskatchewan requires the provision and delivery of four hundred ten (410) Mobile Printers and Vehicle Adaptors.  The delivery of 100 Mobile Printers/Adaptors is required ASAP and no later than November 30, 2013.  Delivery of 310 Mobile Printers/Adaptors is required ASAP and no later than January 15, 2014.  

The RCMP will establish one contract for this requirement.
The requirement contains irrevocable options under the same terms and conditions at any time before March 31, 2015.    

Requirements are in accordance with the mandatory technical specifications detailed in the Invitation to Tender Document at Annex “B”.

SECURITY:  
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement. 

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.


The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
