The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a Real Estate Marketing and Sales Firm or individual representing Real Estate Marketing Firms for the marketing and management of selected residential properties in Northern Alberta. The initial term of this contract is expected to be for one year, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for 1 subsequent 1 year period. The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on November 1, 2013. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
