This requirement is for the Department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan). The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued against the NRCAN Supply Arrangement (SA) file number 500000012324. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and will be incorporated into any resulting contract. This Requirement is only open to the following companies who qualified under the NRCAN SA file number 500000012324: • Arborus jv Posterity • Bronson • Caneta • Environ • ICF Marbek (Consulting) Description of requirement The objective is to acquire the services of a supplier to perform enhancements to the web-based Fleet Efficiency Tool to support commercial and institutional fleets in their efforts to reduce their fuel consumption and related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions; and to provide on-going maintenance and management services to the Fleet Efficiency Tool. Proposed period of contract The initial period will be from date of contract award until March 31, 2014, with a one year optional period to be exercised at the discretion of the Department of Natural Resources Canada. Estimated value The estimated value of this requirement will not exceed $101,700.00 (incl. taxes) including the initial period and one year optional period. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
