Description of the requirement:

DIAND seeks a single supplier to provide IT Business, Project Management, and Instructional/Training resources in support of the functional development and maintenance of the Education and Social Development Programs and Partnership Sector’s EIS system for a period of approximately 5 months (end of November until the end of March).
It is expected that these system will enhance the sector’s ability to manage its programs and report on results in a timely fashion without increasing recipients’ reporting burden and by gaining internal efficiency.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2014 with one Option Period.
