With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Canadian Space Agency’s (CSA) plans to award a contract to review, validate and finalize the user requirements of earth observation products for operational land and ocean uses that could be provided by a constellation of satellites carrying wide-swath hyperspectral imagers and investigate other options to provide the same service.
