Donna Cona - EN578-055605/375/EI Description of the requirement: The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND), National Capital Region (NCR) has a requirement for One (1) Level 3 Project Manager, Two (2) Business Transformation Architect and Three (3) Business Analyst. The Department has identified a requirement for external contractor services to fulfill the requirements to develop the necessary documentation required by the Treasury Board Secretariat for Project Approval Authority (PA). The key documents are: Business Case, Project Charter, Project Management Plan and Treasury Board Submission. The Business Case will assess viable solution options with a strategic fit to business requirements that will support the future “Indian Registration and Estates Management System (IREMS)”. It is envisioned that this future system will be a fully integrated solution and will provide automated support to the new business unit which has been named the Secure Indian Registration and Certificate Unit (SIRCU). The IREMS will replace the current inflexible and outdated technology architecture supporting the Branch today. The IREMS will be based on a case management-centered transaction concept as outlined in the SIRCU vision which is a client-centric, secure, efficient and seamless end-to-end process for both registration and card issuance, which also includes treaty payments and client estates.
