This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003.  All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.

The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA Suppliers.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT


Public Safety Canada has a requirement to develop learning modules as and when required using Adobe Captivate V.  The Contractor will be responsible for reviewing the existing training material available. More specifically, PS requires the following:

•	Learning modules that covers risks and responsibilities of the components of Recordkeeping. Learning modules must enable Public Safety employees to independently navigate PS IM systems for business use. 
•	Learning modules that promotes the new Virtual Library tools and services. These must enable employees to independently navigate the Virtual Library tools. 

The Contractor may be required to develop storyboards for content, develop the e-tools and develop a maintenance guide and training package that will allow PS to maintain the Learning modules

At a minimum the Contractor must provide the following resource categories for the completion of work: one (1) Senior Instructional Designer and one (1) Intermediate rapid eLearning Product Programmer 


A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.  

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
